Project Charter
5-Year Charge of Excellence

The charter summarizes how the Joint Chapters Consolidated Modernization Project (JCCMP) has outlined the current situation and, importantly, developed a blueprint of ways to finance and manage identified projects as well as other initiatives.
The intent of our Project Charter is not to undo any activities that are already in place. Rather it is to enhance, organize and integrate the efforts of all as stated herein. A well-organized process of executable and sustainable goals will provide the learning environment we wish for our Alma Mater and long-term historical value for all. We will be methodical in our processes as we work on providing a world class learning institution at Saint Edward’s Secondary School.
This systemic approach will optimize our efforts and maintain supporting data, will enable effective communication of our goals and how we go about achieving them providing our stakeholders the required transparency in an efficient and effective manner. We will have a 13-member Steering committee of very vested Alumni including the current school principal. This committee through ideations, deliberations, consideration, and recommendations shall provide strategic guidance and oversight of our Five-Year Joint Chapter Consolidated Modernization Project (JCCMP). Their oversight responsibilities include, providing advice on project initiatives, ensure delivery of the project’s outputs and achievement of project outcomes. They will be empowered to make decisions about changes to the project if required. Simply stated, they will be entrusted with the decisions that ultimately determine the outcome of all projects at completion.
The tasks of the steering committee will include:
-
Serving as the main advocate for all endeavors and initiatives undertaken.
-
Selecting the right expertise to manage the project.
-
Checking, approving any management plans.
-

-
